Homeland of the stars, I am here, remember who I am.
I am the boy whose world was born from your waters,
A drop that overflowed with brilliance,
A nightingale of your birds, rich in glory, singing across lands.
My soul has embraced your hills, clapped for your cedars,
Mocking winds, ages, and death,
For the sea and its shores, for the night that prays,
And the morning calling for prayer, beauty wandering in search of home.
